Ok, I must say, I do not have enough words to fully articulate how incredibly AWESOME ZAN is!!!!!!!! What a fantastic DJ. He went above and beyond and was just absolutely amazing the entire day. I loved everything about the way he ran the show and how he maintained his phenomenal energy and enthusiasm throughout the day, while at the same time, helping me to stay calm and relaxed. Everyone commented on how great he was . The kids had an absolute ball and we are just so appreciative of all he did to make the day a success.

Another successful weekend starting with Dana and Brian's wedding at Orfila Winery, Escondido, California. Here is a video clip from the "DJ Peace FLIP cam" to give you a glimpse into our ceremony sound support, up lighting, dancing and the couple's feedback after the reception. DJ Webb has finished up shooting The Movie Mega Shark Vs. Crocosaurus for The SyFy Channel. Webb had a good time working with the cast and crew which includes Jaleel White (famous for his TV Role as Steve Urkel on Family Matters) and Gary Stretch (Oliver Stone's Alexander). Webb's dedication to acting has only enhanced his abilities as a Master of Ceremonies for live events.

A tribute to Jeff's father and two testimonials recognizing Jeff's professionalism

Jeff's dad passed away on 02/13/2010. Jeff has put a "photo tribute" together for his friends and family. We will post the tribute soon.

Jeff was hired to handle a wedding event on 02/14/2010 so he had to leave his mom, brothers and sister so he could be back in Los Angeles for the reception.

The Knot held their annual vendor mixer this week. It was held at Dodger Stadium where I had the opportunity to take the tour of this historic venue. It was fun to see old friends in the wedding biz and meet new ones. Danielle Wagner, Catering Manager at the Waterfront Hilton in Huntington Beach, took this photo of me down on the field from her Blackberry....

Her friend, Vanessa Rockafellow from Cachet Wedding Design, used a more traditional digital camera and took this shot which spotlights the field behind me and has an E.T. sorta feel....

I said "hello" to Richard Blade the famous "Flashback DJ" from KROQ (now on Sirius XM). He now does weddings so he provided the music for The Knot's mixer.

Zan the Man was asked to entertain at Jodi and Blake's wedding which took place at Dana Powers House in Nipomo, California. The ceremony was outside and the reception was held in the Barn. Jodi and Blake saw Zan at their friend's "Morro Bay wedding" and they loved Zan's energy and enthusiasm. Although, Zan has been based in Las Vegas for nearly three years, he is no stranger to travel since he remains popular in California.

In fact, In 2009, Zan has worked in Southern, Central and Northern California!

Here's a picture of Zan on August 15, 2009 with newlywed: Blake Vanderlei. Zan was preparing Blake with a wireless "lapel" microphone for the ceremony.
